the schram family
When I got to the Schram house, I was amazed to find that Lydia (age 2.5) was talking up a storm – more than any child I have ever met at that age! I had a great time hanging out with her while we waited for baby Anna to wake up. Anna has just as much personality as Lydia already – such big smiles and laughs!
the gabriels, plus one
Shaun and Joy are dear friends of ours, and we are so thrilled they are expecting a little baby girl mid-December! We were honored to take their maternity photos and Joy was a total trooper through some cold weather. Joy and Shaun are naturals in front of the camera, and David finally had to tell me to stop taking pictures because I could have gone on until dark with these two. Shaun and Joy, we are so excited for you to meet Baby Girl Gabriel – and we can’t wait to meet her also!
Also, Shaun and Joy wanted to recreate one of their engagement photos, so here is the picture, along with the one from their engagement. What a good looking couple!
the obenchain family
The Obenchain family photos took us to the trail and barn area of the Matthai Botanical Gardens. The Obenchains have two darling kids (5 and 2) and even though we missed the fall colors by a week or so, the trails were great for photos.
sophie’s senior pictures
We had so much fun with Sophie, Joe and KT on the west side of Ann Arbor for her senior pictures. Sophie has great style and a ton of confidence to go along with it. Hope you enjoy your preview, Sophie!
josh’s senior pictures
I was so excited to hear that Josh is not only a swimmer – he is one of the best swimmers in the state and wanted to take pictures at the pool! We started at Mill Creek Park in Saline – another first time there, and it was great. Then, we went to Saline’s pool (where everyone knew Josh!) and got some shots. Best of luck making your college decisions, Josh!
the klenke family
It was such a pleasure to finally meet the Klenke family – one of the greatest things about photography is finally putting a name with a face after lots of emails! The family just announced also that a new baby brother or sister will be joining little Abby in April – so exciting!
the gritter family
We took Emma’s newborn pictures this summer, and we were so excited to document how much she has grown in the last 4 months! She was so easy to take pictures of – she just tracked the camera the whole time. We also got this photoshoot in on just about the last nice fall day.
colin’s senior pictures
Not only was Colin another one of David’s baseball players, but we are next door neighbors with his family! We love the Hanss family – they are fantastic neighbors. We went down to the Dexter Cider Mill and Dexter Mill for these photos – once again, Dexter is awesome, and so is fall.
the dorset family
We had a great time with the Dorset family in the Arb – their kids are awesome!! David works with Wendy and they had never been to the Arb before, so we thought we would try it out. I loved the spunk of both kids, which I think shows through in the photos!
josh’s senior pictures
Josh’s senior pictures took us to Sharon Mills Park in Manchester. Josh is an avid (and successful!) hunter, so we got lots of pictures with his bow and hunting gear.
