the boys are growing!

Our nephews are growing so fast! We love being able to document their changes each year. This photoshoot was neat because it was almost exactly a year after Luke was born. Now, the boys are 5, 3 and 1 – and all three have so much personality that is all their own.

 

Check out this picture – the first one is this year, the one below is from when Luke was 10 days old (courtesy of Nicole Ladonne Photography) – I can’t believe how big they are getting!

the howisons are in town

The Howisons have been family friends of the Reeves for much longer than I have known David. They gave him his nickname “Reeves David,” bought out half the stickers in Washtenaw County for cards, and threw us a bridal shower. All of the Howison kids have moved all over the country (Washington, North Carolina and Texas), so when Liz told me they would all be in town at the same time, we knew we had to get some photos! There are now four kids (ages 5, 4, 2, and 0.5) and even more laughs than there have been in the past. Hope you all enjoy your photos!

 

 

chris + kyri

David and I are going to be shooting Chris and Kyri’s wedding in August (on the beach!!), so we were really excited to get to work with them for some engagement photos before their big day! We started off at Hudson Mills Metropark and ended at Zukey Lake Tavern – a great start to a long weekend. Thanks for coming out to Dexter, Chris and Kyri – can’t wait for August!

Ryan and Julie have been great friends of ours for a long, long time, so it was fun to take a few minutes before dinner to take some pictures. Julie is leaving for an internship in Ghana for the summer, so we thought it would be nice for them to have some photos together before she left. The only thing missing was their puppy Tootsie, but I’m sure we’ll get some pictures with her soon! These photos were taken in downtown Plymouth – I had no idea that Plymouth was so cute!
